CONTRACT LAW DEPARTMENT

In commercial business, (especially those of international character) is vital to be aware of the various social and business cultures, forms of idiosyncrasy as well as negotiation and protocol in each country. Also is vital having a deep Knowledge of the different laws and languages in which will draw up the contract, (in our office always used at least the languages of each of the parties, sworn translations, TRYING EXPRESSLY SET SPANISH VERSION PREVAILS and submit the CONTRACT TO THE SPANISH JURISDICTION), as well as seeing of combining appropriate legislation through comparative and international private law.


In order to perform the very delicate task that requires the study, preparation, negotiation, drafting the contract, even to enable its ARBITRATION for the perfect fulfillment of the agreement between the parties, we have Spanish lawyers specialized in contract law and Private International Law, likewise we team up with lawyers and translators of different nationalities of the country concerned.
